We aim to provide excellent customer service. We will inform you when your scroll has been despatched. We aim to respond to all sales information requests within 24 hours of receipt.

Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Solo/Maestro, American Express and PayPal. Credit/debit card payments are processed securely by PayPal and you don't need a PayPal account to make a credit or debit card payment.
Delivery
For the majority of our products, postage & packaging to UK mainland addresses is included. Other items will have postage and Packaging added to your order at the checkout. All packages are mailed using First Class Royal Mail. If you would like Next Day or Guaranteed Delivery on your order then please let us know and we will invoice you directly.
All non-UK mainland addresses should contact us directly for an invoice that includes postage & packaing.
International Delivery

Please email an attachment or add notes in the PayPal "notes" section during payment.
Personalised Scrolls
We aim to ship our luxury scrolls within 2 weeks but as each item is made to order, please allow up to 3 weeks for despatch of these items. Our wooden scrolls are all handcrafted to order and you should allow 4-6 weeks for these items to be despatched. Please contact us if you require your order sooner and we will try to accomodate you if at all possible.
Personalised gifts
All our gifts are engraved or hand painted and as such will take longer for delivery. Please allow upto 28 days for the delivery of scrolls with personalised gifts.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery (1 - 2 days)
If you require your order urgently then please use the contact page to let us know and we will endeavour to facilitate your request
Returns
All our scrolls and DIY kits are personalised and made to order for each individual client and therefore are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that you receive a scroll with an error, please contact us immediately and before returning it. We will then be able to send a replacement scroll to you. Cancellations cannot be accepted for orders of Personalised Scrolls or DIY kits.
Quality
Please note that on some items, the paper is handmade and therefore has apparent imperfections or marking. This is completely normal and a natural quality of this luxurious type of paper.
